Free cilantro

I absolutely love cilantro!  I have tried to grow it in the past, but it always seems to bolt pretty quickly in the heat.

So imagine my surprise when I walked out to plan where I wanted to put my asparagus bed, and I found a huge patch of cilantro!  I know I had planted some seeds last year maybe?  Or was it two years ago?  I did have a plant come up, but nothing amazing. 

Now I'm wondering if i spilled the seed packet or something, because this is an whoooole lot of cilantro!  Yum!

Unfortunately, I really love cilantro in salsa, and tomatoes this time of year are gross.  I do have a cilantro lime salad dressing that I think I'll try it with!
